I attended a "Government and Technology" conference yesterday and at one point I was in the washroom. I hear a cell phone ringing (with an obnoxious ring, but aren't they all I guess) and think to myself...she's not going to answer it...not gonna...

Ugh. So obnoxious. She yacked for about 5 minutes between peoples flushes. So tacky. As for why I was there for more than 5 minutes...that's a whole 'nother story.
