You Will Listen...

...to EVERY word I have to say.

I have many pet peeves, but I'm not sure there's anything that bugs me more than bad phone etiquette. Talking to people in the background and not asking me to hold on, or watching tv and half paying attention. Give me your undivided attention or don't talk to me at all.

Example of an actual conversation from last nite:

Brad*: So, how was your day?

Me: Good. I went to work all day, my presentation was cancelled because of a fire alarm and then I went swimming before my night class.

Brad: Pause....Mhhmmmm.

Me: *sigh* What are you doing? TV?

Brad: Nothing.

Me: Riiight.

Brad: No, really. So, did you go swimming today?

He's lucky I love him so much. Anyone else I'da hung up on.
