.....Mr. Government. Today I received a Relief for Heating Expenses (RHE) cheque for $125.00 in the mail from the Government of Canada. A "one-time, tax-free payment" that provides "relief from higher heating expenses to those who need it most."

Now let's see....I live at home so I don't own a home, I don't pay rent, hence I DON'T PAY for my heat.

So why did I get the money? Pure stupidity on their part. But I am not complaining. I'll always accept free money. But to get an even better kick out of this situation, check out THIS story. You'd expect the Americans to do this, but not good 'ol Canada!
