This weekend I went for a 15.6 km skate along the Rideau Canal - the world's longest skating rink. While skating along, I see two men wearing volunteer vests over their jackets. I then notice one of the men is using a white cane with a red tip. A cane for the blind. I then notice what his vest says:

"Lost Children Services"
