2004-08-12 - Random Schmandom


Random thoughts:

1. Stupid cat getting off his leash. Made the boy and I search the neighborhood and miss Canadian Idol except for the last 30 seconds. I hate the judges on CI.

2. I feel SO like crap, worse than yesterday. Dry cough, blocked nose. Never ending cycle. Cough. Sniff. Cough cough. Sniff.

3. We got our wedding proofs tonite. Some nice ones and when I get around to scanning them I'll post 'em.

4. I hate people who RUN for the elevator in my building at work. There are 6 of them and they seriously come every 20 seconds. Why run? Same goes for the 95 bus. One every minute or so. Why run?

5. I tripped on my way out the door this morning and nearly broke my ankle. What a way to start a day. Could have been worse though. I could have been the girl I saw this morning... trip. And fall. And drop her tray of 3 Starbucks coffees. *snicker* That'll learn her for wearing hootchie shoes.

6. I hate people who hold their cigarette down by their side and swing it around, oblivious to others around them. Hello. Burn me and I'll kick your smokey ass. This also goes for people with big ass umbrellas not paying attention. SHARE. The SIDEWALK. Gah.

7. Last but not least....we have a sign in EACH stall in the washroom at work: "Out of courtesy, please take the time and flush the toilet after use." COURTESY? Really???

8. Oh yeah. Last for real. I have to go to the hoo hoo doctor tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. At all.
